Crustless Quiche

I’ve made this quiche a million times, and thought today I should share it with others because I know they will love it just as much as I we do.

With Easter coming up this is the perfect recipe to use up that left over ham 🙂

(Did you know Easter is in March this year?!)

Well I never measure, but these are the ingredients: Ham, eggs, milk, cheese, flour, and onion. Thats it!  And salt and pepper to taste.

For those of you that need measurements I used about four deli slices of ham. 4 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese, 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of diced onions, 1 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of flour.

Then bake at 350 until brown!  Or 30 minutes-ish I think?  I don’t ever use a timer.. :)!

Add or change a few ingredients to make it your own!  But this is by far my favorite breakfast dish!

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you and your family enjoy this as much as we do! Happy Sunday friends!
